This is one of the cutest Boba shop around the plaza! Hello Sweet has camping vibes w/ the little tables and chair ... there's even a make shift tent in the shop. Just a few minutes before closing as we dashed over from 99Ranch. They have many combo milk teas & yogurt & smoothie options & all the added toppings. We ordered pretty basic milk teas w/ less sugar...very customizable! Staff is extremely friendly and patient, as we fumbled around deciding on orders 20mins to close. We would most definitely come back when we're back in this area again!

The strawberry yogurt, Thai milk tea, Okinawa brown sugar tea, popcorn chicken and waffle fries snacks are our favorite! We found this boba place when it was Quickly near Black Diamond Games store, and now it's amazing as Hello Sweet! The owners are very nice and helpful recommending new boba teas to try if you're unsure. Great experience!

Summary: I would definitely come back and try food and other drinks especially those under Specialty menu. Drinks: I ordered Mangonada, Tiger Milk Tea (1 hot and 1 cold). Both the Tiger Milk Tea in hot and cold are good, sweet enough to hit the craving but not too much that it will cause diabetes. The Mangonada, if you don't mix it, will surely be too sweet, but after you mix, everything balances out; the sour balances the sweet taste. It's perfect for summer. (Pro tip: add a reposado tequila of your choice and enjoy at home). Space: there are 5 cafe size table (cafe like those tiny tables) that only two people can comfortably accommodate. May I say, the chairs are surprisingly comfortable! I want one for myself. There is also a tipi and a table and cushion to sit on. An adult could go in, so that is a plus, especially for those wanting some cute pictures. Customer Service: Excellent! The lady patiently answered all my questions before I decided what I want. She is genuinely happy and helpful. Parking: Plenty of free parking outside. This is where Quickly used to be, close to Ohgane (in the Fry compound/strip mall).

Refreshing and tasty. Was slightly watered down. The inside has a refreshing and clean vibe with a tent and seating area that feels relaxing.

This place is super cute! It's giving camping vibes. The drinks are really good and the perfect amount of sweetness. The seating area is ok...low to the ground and doesn't seem very steady. Definitely order and go kinda of place.

Why isn't the exclamation mark in this Yelp page title? I demand a change! Anywho, we find here, Hello Sweet, which has taken over a bit of a cursed spot when it comes to boba, as the previous incarnations of Quickly had really brought down the boba game at the specific store front for several years now. That Quickly changed hands various times throughout its existence, and by the time it landed with its last owner, it was a weird, weird place that nobody really wanted to go to, but it was convenient because it was right next to the previous Lulu's, or the now Impressions of Lanzhou. Asian food and boba just go together, and now you have the option to have actually good boba to go with it. They have some other snacking stuff besides just the boba, so that is an upside compared to places like ShareTea where it's boba only. They have an okay sized drink flavor menu, not super complicated, but has most of the basics there. They also do have the two cup sizes, the regular size is matching to most places large, but it's the thin cup style, and they also have the jumbo size here, because, who doesn't want a drink that requires its own handle? The prices here are not bad, for the standard size it's about the same price as other spots as far as cup size goes, but again, they use the skinny cups here for that size. The bucket usually will get you up there a bit, but it's alright because you get a good extra amount of drink with you. The staff here are friendly, and you can ask them questions, and they're helpful. No issues. The drinks here are made well. I've tried the various drinks here, though, the passion fruit is one that the jury is still out on, because they use a weird tart profile for it, which doesn't really go well with the drink because it causes bitterness to the drink itself, especially since I order with full sugar, it just didn't taste great. The milk tea was just fine, never had an issue with it. The boba here is also well made, it's QQ enough. The main standout here though, and why I saved it for last, is the decor inside, and it's just a really cute set up. The place has a camping and nature feel to it. There's a tent set up at the front of the store, and every time I go during the busier times, there's always a group chilling inside, so it's clearly a hit. There's a bunch of animal statues and fake plants, and real plants too even, all over the place, so it's really bringing in that full design to its customers. All the tables are picnic table styled, and just a fun place to sit down and chill with people, though, not a whole lot of seating inside. A solid boba spot, which it needs to be since there's literally a handful of them around the corner, and even several places that aren't even boba specific spots sell boba here, so you really have to make sure your game is on here in this area. Will be back again in the future for the other flavors.

Very cute place with reasonable price. The large is under $6 and the jumbo (bucket) is under $8. We ordered Jasmine milk tea with grass jelly 25% sweetness 4/5 Lychee tea 75% sweet 4/5 Strawberry yogurt with boba 4/5 The cup is a sturdy plastic cup. Which we appreciate since we can reuse them at home. They also have yogurt bowls in the menu. The lady who was serving us was so sweet and patient.

Saw a new boba spot pop up on Yelp, so I just had to go try it out. Hello Sweet is a cute spot, with their adorable mascot/character and neat decor inside. They have a snacks/food menu, a yogurt bowl menu, and drinks menu. A few drinks stood out, such as tiger milk tea (milk tea + Thai milk tea), dragon milk tea (Thai milk tea + jasmine milk tea), and potted plant drink (if this is similar to other places, then some kind of Oreo/cookies n creme topping that gives it a look of a potted plant). We tried our classics to get a feel of this spot, but I'm definitely coming back to try their dragon milk tea since I haven't had a jasmine tea thai tea combo before. Ordering the drinks was fine. We got a strawberry milk tea with pearls, boba milk tea with lychee jelly, taro milk tea with pearls, and a honeydew green tea with pearls, but ended up with an almond milk tea. We asked if they used nondairy creamer for the honeydew milk tea, but I'm unsure if the person helped us out understood so we asked if there was nondairy alternatives and she said almond milk, so we got that with the honeydew milk tea. We were prob charged with a honey milk tea with almond or an almond milk tea since the drink def wasn't honeydew and tasted a lot like almond milk tea. That was fine for us since we couldn't decide between honeydew and almond anyways, so that choice was made for us to some extent. There were some inefficiencies during this soft opening as the place to pick up drinks was the same place that we ordered them, so it was overcrowded. Hopefully this gets fixed with a designated ordering and separate designated pick up area. The drinks were good. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry milk tea as it had strawberry bits. My son enjoyed his regular milk tea with pearls and lychee jelly. The husband enjoyed his almond milk tea. I tried a bit of them all and thought they were pretty good too. I liked my taro milk tea, but wished there was more ice in there. I guess the ice all melted or something since the drink wasn't cold enough for me and I didn't see ice in there, but all good. The colored straws they gave us were a bit short for the cups. They only had size large and jumbo for the drink sizes too. How fun! They also gave us one black straw and my son got that one, and it was a good length straw for the standard large cups.

Hello Sweet is a new boba shop in Concord, located in the same spot that Quickly was in. In fact, I think technically it still is Quickly, since at the Point of Sale, you'll see you're paying your money to Quickly. I went to the soft opening and it was clean inside, service was good, and more importantly the boba was tasty. I tried the Strawberry Coconut Milk and it was great! I'll for sure be back sometime, especially because it's located tight next to other gems like Impression of Lanzhou, Gratitude Coffee, and Mr. Lee's Chicken.
